Welcome to Rootstock, your neighborhood wine bar nestled in the heart of downtown Harrisonburg on Liberty Street. Founded with passion by Lee Hartman, a seasoned winemaker deeply connected to the Shenandoah Valley, Rootstock opened its doors in December 2023.
